5. ALMA credit payment option
ALMA is a payment service in several times 2 to 4 times - Head office: 176 Avenue Charles de Gaulle 92200 Neuilly-sur-Seine and registered with the RCS Nanterre under number 839 100 575. By paying in installments with ALMA, the customer does not pay any fees. Except for payments in 4 installments.
ALMA is reserved for individuals (adult natural persons) residing in France, Austria, Belgium, Germany, Spain, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, the Netherlands and Portugal
They must hold a Visa, Mastercard, American Express or Cartes Bancaires bank card issued by a European Union payment service provider, or a payment account held by a European Union payment service provider and a telephone number. In the case of payment by card, it must be valid for at least one month after the last due date of the payment facility.
Cards with systematic authorization, credit, prepaid, virtual or issued by an issuer located in a country outside the European Union are not accepted.
After completing the order, the customer must click on the button “payment in 3 or 4 installments ALMA by bank card”.
He is then redirected to the checkout.getalma web page displaying the summary of his order and the request for payment in several installments, which he must then validate.
Alma may request further information from the Customer in order to authorize access to a payment facility. This request may, for example, concern the Customer's identity document or a request for access to the Customer's bank account in order to verify their identity or assess their solvency.
The Customer undertakes that Alma and any assignee of the loan receivable, acting directly or through a subcontractor, may collect the amounts due from its means of payment on the dates specified in the payment receipt - due date. The credit will therefore be reimbursed by the Customer to Alma by debiting the bank card provided for this purpose.
The Customer consents to the payment facility granted by Alma and undertakes to pay it according to the due date transmitted by Alma.
ALMA reserves the right to accept or refuse your financing request in 2 or 4 installments.
The customer has a withdrawal period of 14 calendar days to cancel their free credit.
The Customer materializes his request for access to the payment facility by clicking on the button “Pay in several installments” (or Pay in 2 installments, Pay in 3 installments, Pay in 4 installments)
Alma formalizes its agreement for this payment facility by the message "Payment accepted" or Verified. The Customer's order is then validated and the payment facility takes effect immediately, the Customer will then be debited directly for the amount of the deposit.
The personal data of the Data Subjects are processed for the purpose of pursuing all of the aforementioned purposes and are intended exclusively for Alma's internal management services and, where applicable, its Subcontractors (these Subcontractors offering in particular data hosting and fraud prevention services). These Subcontractors are required to respect strict confidentiality, to ensure the security of the data to which they have access, to use them exclusively within the framework of the missions entrusted to them and to comply with the Regulations.
