1. Adopt prudent behavior

2. Wearing a helmet

5. Safety on the road

7. Check your EPDM

THEtiresmust be properly inflated with air, there are no cracks or dents, check if your wheels are solid.

Finally, look at yourhandlebaris well fixed, well adapted to your size and that it is well aligned according to your front wheel.
